Hi There! I’m Tova and I’m a full spectrum doula who believes passionately in providing non-judgmental, trauma-informed support for every outcome. I came to reproductive work through my own personal experiences of loss, diagnosed infertility, birth trauma and postpartum anxiety. These experiences have informed my work deeply and continue to inspire me as I walk alongside my clients through their own unique reproductive journeys. My approach is client-led and tailored to each individual person that I work with. I believe strongly in the wisdom and autonomy of birthing bodies and I strive to create an experience for my clients in which they feel held, trusted and respected completely.
I work across the full spectrum of reproductive experience, meaning that I am available for support through birth, postpartum, loss, abortion, pre-conception and beyond. I specialize in working with reproductive loss in all forms, including miscarriage, stillbirth and termination as well as fertility and assisted reproductive technologies (IVF, IUI, etc). I also love to work with clients who are navigating pregnancy, birth or postpartum with a history of loss, termination or fertility struggles.
My practice is guided strongly by values of non-judgement, trauma-informed care and accessibility. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and trusting the people I work with to make the decisions that are right for them. I do not condone any specific methods or ideologies around birth or reproductive care and try to hold every situation as unique and specific to the person experiencing it. My work is in service to the wisdom and inherent knowing that’s present in each and every client I support.
